1. About Our Practice
Red Canyon Medical Clinic is a primary care and family medicine clinic located at 3311 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. We are open 7 Days a Week, undefined. We provide in-person and telehealth services to patients of all ages.
All clinical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in the state of Nevada.
2. No Provider-Patient Relationship from Website Use
Browsing our website, reading our content, or submitting a contact form does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is formed only after you have been formally accepted as a patient, completed the intake process, and been seen by a provider.
The information on our website is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition.
3. Eligibility
Our website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Clinical services are available to patients of all ages. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to treatment, agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf, and assume financial responsibility for all services rendered.
4. Appointments and Services
All visits to Red Canyon Medical Clinic are by appointment. We do not accept walk-in patients at this time.

- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment.
5. Telehealth Services
Red Canyon Medical Clinic offers telehealth consultations through secure, HIPAA-compliant audio and video platforms. By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Telehealth services are delivered via secure telecommunications technology and are subject to the same standard of care as in-person visits.
- Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care. Certain conditions may require an in-person examination.
- Our providers are licensed in the state of Nevada. Telehealth services are only available to patients located in Nevada at the time of their visit.
- A telehealth visit may or may not result in a diagnosis or prescription. Clinical decisions are made at the sole discretion of the treating provider.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have a private, quiet location and a reliable internet connection for your telehealth visit.
6. Payment, Billing, and Insurance
a) Insurance Patients
We accept several major insurance plans. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and acceptance of your insurance does not guarantee coverage for specific services. You are responsible for:
- Verifying your coverage and benefits before your visit
- Copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and any amounts not covered by your insurance
- Providing accurate and current insurance information
b) Self-Pay Patients
For patients without insurance or who choose to pay out of pocket:
- Initial visit: $125
- Follow-up visits: $75
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards.
c) Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or dismissal from the practice.
d) Refunds
Fees for completed services are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us and we will review your account.
7. SMS/MMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to text messages, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Red Canyon Medical Clinic, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Billing and payment notifications
- Clinical follow-up messages
